Independent Study and Mentorship, or ISM, is a course for high school juniors and seniors to get hands-on experience in a career they are interested in. Students do in-depth research and reach out to experts in their chosen field of study. Their work culminates in a final product that student will present by the end of the class. Throughout the course, students gain valuable experience of how to conduct themselves in a professional environment that they can carry with them to their future career.
